Rumble Built Memory infrastructure for AI-native teams

Capture once. Use anywhere. We build the durable context layer beneath how teams work — shared memory, retrieval with boundaries, and applications that run on the same platform rails.

Not affiliated with the Rumble video platform. Legal name: Rumble Built, Inc. (also Rumble Built Solutions).

CAPTURE Institutional memory held once — links, notes, files, voice, decisions
CONTEXT Shared retrieval, identity, permissions, orchestration
APPLICATIONS Products and customer workflows on one compounding stack

Systems that rumble under load — steady when traffic and complexity pile on, not just when the demo is quiet.

Why we exist

Context leaks. Teams pay the tax every sprint.

Engineering ships in GitHub, decides in Slack, tracks in Jira, and asks Copilot or Cursor on the side. Each tool is fine alone. Together they guarantee nobody shares the same picture — and every new assistant starts from zero.

Without memory infrastructure

  • Standups reopen decisions buried in threads
  • AI sessions don't survive the next hire or vendor
  • RAG demos cite stale docs with confidence
  • Handoff amnesia when someone rotates off
  • Wikis that nobody trusts as system of record

With memory infrastructure

  • Capture once — durable records with provenance
  • Retrieval with permissions that follow the record
  • Enrichment attached to a real system of record
  • API, MCP, and integrations — not re-exporting Slack
  • Production boundaries: rollback, observability, ownership

What we build

One platform. Memory that compounds.

We're deliberately building multiple applications on one platform — not a loose collection of demos. Memory, workflow, and intelligence reinforce each other as the stack compounds. Customers and partners deploy on the same rails we operate ourselves.

We don't replace GitHub, Jira, or Slack. Memory infrastructure sits beneath specialized tools so institutional context compounds instead of leaking across them.

Proof in market

House products validate the platform

Each application exercises shared memory, workflow, and intelligence patterns. We dogfood the same infrastructure we offer customers — CapturedIt began as internal dogfood for the scatter problem the company exists to solve.

Commercial model

Platform company — not a services shop in disguise

We commercialize through software and platform access. Professional services exist to deploy customers on shared rails and augment teams — not as the primary business model.

SaaS subscriptions

Product tiers for CapturedIt, HuniDu, Bread & Butter, nMyCity, and future house apps

Platform & API

Memory infrastructure access, integrations, MCP and API usage for partners

Workflow deployment

Customer workflows running on the same stack we operate internally

Managed operations

Ongoing ops, advisory, team augmentation, and integration work (SOW / MSA)

Who we work with: Startups finding product-market fit, growth-stage companies modernizing systems, and established organizations that need senior execution — especially when context loss across tools is slowing delivery. Comfortable alongside in-house engineers or owning a vertical slice.

Operating philosophy

Evidence over hype. Production over demos.

We treat AI the way we treat any production system: tested, bounded, and owned by someone on the team. Tools and models earn their place on fit, cost, and operability.

01 · EVIDENCE

Measure what matters

Observability before and after release. Humans in the loop when stakes are high.

02 · ROLLOUTS

Staged delivery

Visible milestones, explicit beta vs. production-hardened labels, room to correct course.

03 · TOOL FIT

Guardrails & rollback

AI and vendors chosen for operability — with rollback paths, not demo-day fiction.

04 · HANDOFF

Repos your team can run

Docs and runbooks aligned to how your team actually runs production.

Team & founder

Operator-led. Small and senior-leaning.

Rumble Built did not start as a demo shop. The company was founded by an operator who has built and run systems inside complex organizations — where execution breaks quietly through handoffs, memory loss, and coordination debt.

Background spans life sciences and regulated operations (including leadership at Moderna and Dash Bio), enterprise platform scale across 200+ applications and dozens of teams, and fintech-adjacent work where institutional context disappears when systems don't carry memory forward. AI compressed iteration cycles; the harder problem is operationalizing intelligence without fragmenting context.

Today: a small, senior-leaning team building products and shipping client work with clear communication, ownership of outcomes, and respect for deep work. Wilmington, DE (incorporated). Remote-friendly collaboration.

Technical footprint

Modern stack. Same rails internally and for customers.

The Arena monorepo houses marketing (Next.js + static HTML) and the client portal (Next.js + Supabase). CapturedIt lives in its own canonical repo. We bias toward proven tools with clear operability paths.
