End user license agreement for CapturedIt software and services operated by Rumble Built, Inc. Paid plans and checkout are also covered by our Product terms. Use of rumblebuilt.com is covered by our Terms of use and Privacy statement.

Product

This agreement applies to the CapturedIt product, including experiences delivered at gotcaptured.com and any native apps, extensions, or APIs we designate as part of CapturedIt.

Relationship to other agreements

If anything in this EULA conflicts with a signed enterprise agreement or order form that explicitly references CapturedIt, the signed agreement controls for that customer relationship. For fees, renewals, and refunds, our Product terms apply alongside this EULA.

Replace the following with complete, product-specific legal text:

License grant, scope, seat or usage limits, and beta / preview terms if applicable.
Restrictions (reverse engineering, scraping, competitive use, redistribution).
Ownership, feedback license, and open-source notices as needed.
Updates, automatic updates, and change management.
Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability (aligned with Product terms and Terms of use).
Termination, suspension, and effect on data export.
Export control and high-risk use disclaimers if applicable.
Governing law and venue (typically aligned with Product terms).
