Rules for using rumblebuilt.com, how we expect people to behave, and limits on liability. Separate agreements may apply to paid products, client work, and employment.
This page is a practical starting point, not legal advice. Have qualified counsel review it for your entity, jurisdiction, insurance, and product terms.
By accessing or using pages on rumblebuilt.com (including linked assets we host at the same domain, and any optional portal pages we publish when available), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy statement. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
This website is operated by Rumble Built, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“we,” “us”).
The site is for general information about our studio, products in market, and how to reach us. Descriptions, timelines, and capabilities are illustrative unless confirmed in a signed statement of work, order form, or other written agreement.
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, medical, or other regulated professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and for consulting appropriate professionals.
You agree not to:
Copyright © 2026 Rumble Built, Inc. All rights reserved. Text, layout, branding, logos, and original graphics on this site are owned by us or licensed to us. You may view and share links to public pages. You may not remove notices, sell our materials, or use our marks in a way that suggests endorsement without permission.
We rely on ordinary web infrastructure (for example, fonts and email delivery). Those providers have their own terms and privacy policies. The Signal and investors forms submit through Web3Forms; see their terms and privacy policy for how submissions are handled. Optional analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) and any future optional advertising tags are described in our Privacy statement and loaded only according to the cookie preferences you set (or defaults) there. We may send HTTP security headers on HTML responses (for example HSTS and Content-Security-Policy) as summarized on our Security page.
Software, subscriptions, and professional services may be governed by separate terms (for example, end-user license agreements, statements of work, or master services agreements). Paid consumer and SaaS products also reference our Product terms (subscription & license). If there is a conflict between those agreements and this page, the specific agreement controls for that relationship.
The site and materials are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rumble Built, Inc. and its people will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the site (other than claims that cannot be limited by law) is limited to the greater of fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50) or the amount you paid us solely for access to this informational site in the twelve months before the claim. Most visitors pay nothing; that cap reflects the public nature of these pages.
You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the site, your content you submit through forms, or your violation of these terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and adjusting the “Last updated” date. Material changes to how we treat personal data will be reflected in Privacy as appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
