License, subscriptions, and refunds for paid Rumble Built software and services. This document supplements (does not replace) our Terms of use and Privacy statement for rumblebuilt.com.
Have counsel align fees, refund windows, and store rules with how you actually bill (Stripe, App Store, Google Play, or invoiced contracts). Replace bracketed items below.
Each product has its own end user license agreement for software use, in addition to these Product Terms and our Terms of use. Follow the link for the product you use:
These Product Terms apply when you purchase, subscribe to, or otherwise obtain a paid entitlement to software or services branded or operated by Rumble Built, Inc. (“Products”). By creating a paid account, completing checkout in our apps or on third-party billers we designate, or otherwise accepting an order form, you agree to these Product Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Subject to payment and compliance, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for your internal business purposes or personal use, as applicable, in accordance with the plan you purchased and any technical documentation we provide. You may not reverse engineer (except where prohibited by law), resell, or sublicense the Product except as we authorize in writing.
Product-specific license terms (including scope, restrictions, and IP) are in each product’s EULA; see Software license (EULA) by product.
You are responsible for credentials, accurate billing information, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly at Support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Fees. You agree to the prices shown at checkout or in an order form, plus applicable taxes. Billing cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods unless cancelled as described below or as shown in-product at the time of purchase. Payment processor. Charges may be processed by us or by a payment partner (for example, Stripe, Apple, or Google). Their terms and privacy policies also apply to the payment transaction.
You may cancel renewal through the billing channel associated with your subscription (in-app billing settings, provider portal, or by emailing support@rumblebuilt.com from the account on file). Cancellation stops future charges; it does not erase obligations for amounts already due for periods that have started.
General. Unless a different policy is displayed at checkout, required by law, or agreed in a signed order form, fees are non-refundable once the paid period has started. Good-faith exceptions. We may issue credits or partial refunds for billing errors or service failures we confirm, at our discretion. App stores. Purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to those platforms’ refund rules and flows; we do not control their decisions. Review window. [Optional: describe e.g. 7- or 14-day refund for annual plans — insert after counsel review.]
We may change fees or these Product Terms with reasonable notice where required. Material adverse changes to existing subscriptions will be communicated in-product or by email where we have your address. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance; if you do not agree, cancel before renewal.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, third-party outages, or security response may cause downtime. See Support for help; see Security for vulnerability reporting.
These Product Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
If there is a conflict between these Product Terms and a signed statement of work or enterprise agreement for the same engagement, the signed agreement controls. The Terms of use continue to govern use of rumblebuilt.com alongside these Product Terms.
